The PR Kellerman Foundation is a non-profit organization providing free music lessons and instruments to children in Berkshire County who are unable to afford to study music. This foundation has been created in the loving memory of Peter Rodney Kellerman.

Without a doubt, great after-school programs enhance the lives of children. It is our belief that music, and learning to play an instrument, will enrich a child's life in the areas of self-esteem, art appreciation, discipline, computation, processing skills and intellectual reasoning. Moreover, one-on-one teaching will allow a child to progress at his or her own natural pace.

The PR Kellerman Foundation wants to offer these opportunities to children who may not otherwise have the chance to study music. Primary and secondary school-age children who show an interest in music will be identified through teachers and other community leaders in Berkshire County.

Lessons will be provided throughout the school calendar year and free instruments supplied when necessary.
